Education is God's vehicle for growth, well-being and prosperity in our lives. We know in the Word that God gives gifts to men (Eph 4:11). What gifts has He given you? Paul exhorted Timothy to stir up those gifts (1Tim 1:6). It is these talents within us to which we must be faithful (Matt 25:14-30).

Begin with the end in mind! As you consider what path(s) to take in life in this journey of faithfulness be reminded that:
Romans 8:28 - And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

My calling is to lift up those around me and help them be the best they can be. To do all I can in creating a positive experience, to laugh, to live well, to share the love of Christ: that's what we are all here to do!

1 Corinthians 13:13 There are three things that will endure - faith, hope, and love - and the greatest of these is love.

I have walked with my risen and reigning King Jesus for many years now, and He has brought me all kinds of Joy, Peace, and Hope as I can't wait to see His face someday in Heaven. I'm happy to assist our students with completing their degrees. Employing God's wisdom in advising students is the best way to do so; and I feel blessed that the Father is using me to play an integral role in helping them discover His calling upon their lives.

Revelation 21:1-2 - Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and house church community. I am continuing to learn the truths of Scripture, and have been studying the Hebrew foundation of my faith.

Joshua 24:15- But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve…But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

It is a privilege to work with the adult and graduate students at Belhaven University. There is no greater joy for me than to journey with each student as they progress through their program of study and to see them walk confidently across the stage to receive their diploma. As an adult learner, I experienced the struggles of balancing family, church, work, and school. At Belhaven, we understand the need for balance, and we support you so you can successfully achieve your goals.

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding: In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
